WHO WE SERVE

  • School Districts & Networks

    We provide holistic school improvement support to school districts and networks, early childhood institutions and other learning institutions in increasing their effectiveness and services to young people via staff and leadership coaching, consulting, and training that allows us to guide the diagnostic and implementation phases of strategic planning, strategic partnerships & more.

  • Non-Profit Organizations

    We work with executive and leadership teams at 501(c)3 organizations to assess workplace culture, productivity and quality of services to children, youth, and families. This often involves strategic planning; diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI); and learning and development for staff. Our support begins with the diagnostic stages and follows through to implementation and execution.

  • Government Agencies

    State & Local Education Agencies are consistently in need of support in ensuring that all young people receive high quality learning experiences. We connect schools and other learning institutions with opportunities and funds from these government agencies as we support with their data and analysis processes.
